I've been running my studio, Cloud Aerial Arts in Manchester, since 2013 and I also run the Manchester Aerial & Acrobatics Convention. Over the last decade or so I've learned how to successfully manage a team, how to hire, manage and even fire teachers, how to build a website that will grow your customer base and how to successfully market to new and existing students. I can also help with delegation, future goals and work/life balance.
I've made mistakes, struggled and failed along the way and now I can help you navigate those same issues with my experience and knowledge. My studio now turns over almost £250,000pa and I have a team of over 25 instructors. 300 regular students attend my studio and we have 100 new students through the door every month. I've built my reputation as an expert in the aerial industry and now I can help you achieve your own ambitions
