A studio handbook is something that should be given to instructors when they start working for you. It details all your policies and procedures as well as your obligations to them. You can take this template and fill in the blank bits to fit your studio. Every studio is different and this clearly lays out how you want your studio to run. From opening and closing procedures to how much they'll get paid, everything is in this handbook so they can easily refer to it. It will also remove any grey areas where they might try and get away with something by saying "I didn't know." If it's in the handbook, there's no excuse! This is a docx file so it should open with Word and Google Docs as well as Apple Pages. When you've amended it, save it as a pdf before you send it to your teachers.
